Please dispose of your rubbish in the correct containers (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for general waste). You can leave the rubbish in the apartment when you leave; we will dispose of it for you during the final clean.

You can travel comfortably until 11 a.m. When you leave the apartment, please put the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that if the room key is lost, a flat rate of €100 will be charged. You can check out later than 12 o’clock after prior consultation. Please contact reception. If you are leaving earlier than expected, please let us know the day before, so that our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.

You can park your bike in the bicycle room in our courtyard. Please note that we do not accept liability.

We welcome suggestions and feedback on how we can improve. If you are not satisfied with anything, please let us know immediately so that we can put it right during your stay. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Resting at night between 10pm and 6am is mandatory. The apartments, their contents and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact reception during your stay.

On the homepage of RVF you will find a timetable for public transport. If you are staying with us as a tourist, you will have a ticket that will allow you to use public transport for free.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for the recovery value of any damage to inventory caused by fire spots. The additional cost of special cleaning is EUR 300.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

The property has a clean kitchen with a full inventory. We ask that you only clean the dishes, cutlery and pots when they are dirty.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom floor dry.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. We also offer additional intermediate cleanings at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please register at reception.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, detergent and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
