You can park your bike in a bike room in our inner courtyard. Please note that we accept no liability.

Check-out is by 11:00. When leaving the apartment, please return the key to the key box and pull the door shut behind you. Please understand that we have to charge a fee of €100 if the apartment key is lost. A later check-out is possible by prior arrangement up to 12:00. Please contact us by phone or email for this. Should you be leaving earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before departure, so our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that is handed over clean and with a full set of equipment. We ask that you only put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they’re clean.

Please don’t shower outside the shower cubicle. Please try to keep the bathroom largely dry.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a complimentary interim cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, replacing towels, removing rubbish, restocking toilet paper, coffee pods and soap, and a light clean of the bathroom and kitchen. An additional interim cleaning at your preferred interval is available for €25 per clean. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange this.

On departure, we ask guests to leave the apartment swept clean with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to effort, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we reserve the right to take your credit card or passport details, which will be irrevocably deleted on the day of departure.

We charge €15 per night per extra guest.

On hot summer days, a fan is available free of charge. For further requests, please contact us by phone or email.

We welcome suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything isn’t to your satisfaction, please let us know straight away so we can put it right during your stay. Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. Please do not damage the apartments, their furnishings or any other property. Please note that any damage caused will be charged.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your departure date. An invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags are included in the rental price. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is included in the price as well.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat fee of €15 per night per pet to cover the extra cleaning involved. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

You’ll find timetable information for public transport on the RVF website. If you’re staying with us as a tourist, you will have received a Konus guest card, which lets you use public transport free of charge.
