Our apartments offer you significantly more space, privacy and flexibility than a classic hotel room. With your own fully equipped kitchen, a separate living and sleeping area, and free Wi-Fi, you’ll feel right at home with us - ideal for short breaks as well as longer stays at the Kaiserstuhl and in the Dreiländereck.

Getting here is easy:

By car:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the Bad Krozingen exit and turn left at the junction towards Breisach.
Continue straight for approx. 10 km until you reach the roundabout in Breisach. Keep right there and then immediately left, until you reach the second roundabout. Please take the second exit to stay on Neutorplatz. Continue straight for approx. 450 m, then turn right onto Gutgesellentorplatz. After approx. 200 m, turn right again onto Galeerengasse. After approx. 50 m, you’ll arrive at our property.

By public transport:
From Breisach train station, head south-west. After just a 7-minute walk, you’ll reach our apartments.

Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on your rate, you can make changes and cancellations yourself. Simply click the “Detailed booking information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received straight after booking. On the following page, enter the email address used for the booking along with your surname. You can then view, change or cancel your booking.

Depending on the rate, up to two free rebookings are possible. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for bookings made through booking platforms such as Booking.com, their terms and conditions apply.

Check-in is possible from 16:00. Access to your apartment is conveniently arranged via our key box - you’ll receive your personal access code by email in good time before arrival. By prior arrangement, we’re also happy to offer an earlier check-in before 16:00. Just call us on +49 761 600 466 31 or email us at office@breisach-appartements.de.

Check-out is by 11:00. When leaving the apartment, please return the key to the key box and pull the door shut behind you.
A later check-out is possible by prior arrangement up to 12:00. Please call us on +49 761 600 466 31 for this. Should you be leaving earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before departure, so our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a complimentary interim cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, replacing towels, removing rubbish, restocking toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a light clean of the bathroom and kitchen.
An additional interim cleaning at your preferred interval is available for €25 per clean. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange this.
On departure, we ask guests to leave the apartment swept clean with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to effort, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we reserve the right to take your credit card or passport details, which will be irrevocably deleted on the day of departure.

Booking directly through our website gets you the best available rates, flexible cancellation terms, and a direct line to us for any questions about your stay. You’ll also be first in line for our specials, such as the Long Stay discount for your stay at the Kaiserstuhl.

For longer stays, you’ll benefit from attractive special rates. From a stay of 30 nights, you can enter the discount code LONGSTAY when booking through our website and receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

We charge €15 per night per extra guest.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your departure date. An invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags are included in the rental price. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is included in the price as well.

We don’t have our own parking spaces at the property. Breisach am Rhein doesn’t have multi-storey car parks, but there are several public parking areas in the town centre. A free option with no time limit is the Park & Ride car park at the train station (Bahnhofstraße, approx. 52 spaces). Free parking with no time limit is also available along the Rhine (Rheinuferstraße, approx. 105 spaces).

Bookings through our website can be paid conveniently by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat fee of €15 per night per pet to cover the extra cleaning involved. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please understand that we will charge €300 in the event of non-compliance.
